MANUFACTURING
At The Weave Lab we will work closely with you through the development process - production weaving, finishing, all the way to finished products.
Our partner mill, MTL Inc., is located in Pennsylvania, USA. We feel proud to be part of their family. MTL is a highly regarded weaver specializing in decorative upholstery, both Residential and Contract.
Part of our mission with The Weave Lab is to use MTL’s vast existing library of yarns to create completely new products outside the mill’s normal upholstery constructions.
We believe whole-heartedly in the importance of creative manufacturing. The most exciting innovations happen when designers work onsite alongside the craftsmen and manufacturing machines.

- Artisanal bespoke Jacquard velvets that weave on wire-looms
- Full-width, selvage to selvage, single horizontal repeat capabilities
- Custom warps and loom set-ups. Complex multi-colored warps and double-beam capabilities.

- Access to a wide variety of yarn types from fine silk threads to heavy duty polyester yarns.
